Global Brands and Award-Winning Agencies appreciate our bright, open, and contemporary spaces with 11’ ceilings ideally suited for video, online and print commercial production. Spaces available for production can be seen on Peerspace. We can accommodate small and large production teams. Green room/hospitality suite also available.
Commercial Staging
We have been commissioned by top producing relators in the Northeast to stage properties ranging from luxury to historic to eclectic. We will highlight the potential of the home for wide-ranging appeal and maximum impact. We employ the latest technology to provide you with real-time renderings to get immediate alignment on project scope based on your target clientele and budget. We are open to various of commercial contracting models.

About Michelle, Founder & Principal Designer
Michelle Jeanne Baxter is a classically trained artist and designer who received her BFA, Cum Laude from University of Michigan’s School of Art & Design and MBA from University of Georgia. Michelle is also widely recognized as a technology leader, having spent over 25 years as a financial technology executive serving fortune 500 clients globally. Her impressive design, technology and client-service credentials led her to launch Coastal Grand Home & Garden where she collaborates with talented craftspeople from builders and welders to weavers and glassmakers to create bespoke solutions for residential and commercial clients.
